The 18th  Network Meeting for Guide and Scout Representatives to National Youth Councils, following the latest editions, is targeted at all those Scouts and Guides who are involved in influencing Youth Policy on behalf of their organisations in a National Youth Council or in another external setting and those representing European Guiding or Scouting in the European youth structures.

 In 2014, the Network Meeting will take place in Croatia between 13- 16 February and will be hosted by Savez Izvidaca Hrvatske (The Scout Association of Croatia).

The participants for the meeting should be external representatives of their national Scout/Guide association, i.e. to a National Youth Council (NYC). It is important that they are involved in representing the interests of Scouting and Guiding in an external forum.

There is no age limit for taking part in the event but it is recommended that associations follow the European Youth Forum’s age limit and select participants under the age of 35. We would particularly welcome participants from associations who have not previously participated in a Network Meeting.

Participants should be available for the entire duration of the event.
