CALL FOR PARTNERS FOR AN ERASMUS+ PROJECT – European Solidartity Corps Volunteers (Regional Circular 03 2019)
The European Scout region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) intends to submit an Erasmus+ project application to host two European Solidarity Corps volunteers at the European Scout Region’s Europe Support Centre in Brussels, for which your NSO/NSA can be a partner.
To be able to be a partner in this project, please check carefully all details contained in Regional Circular 03 2019. The applications will be submitted at national level by the relevant hosting NSO. The deadline for your expressions of interest is Friday, 15 February 2019.

EUROPEAN SCOUT SYMPOSIUM 2019 – Evaluation Report from the Working Methods Team (Regional Circular 02 2019)
Further to its Regional Circular 39 2018 which calls for participants for the European Scout Symposium, the European Scout Region of the World Oragnization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you an Evaluation Report which was commissioned by the European Scout Committee and prepared by the Working Methods Team of the European Region’s Continuous Improvement Area of Opeations.

Further to its Regional Circular 37 2018 the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you important considerations for the upcoming extra-ordinary meeting of the European Scout Conference (EO-ESC).
For the EO-ESC, the current Constitution of the European Scout Region will be used, as amended at the European Scout Conference in 2016 and approved by the World Scout Committee in September 2016.
