Guidelines on developing and maintaining partnerships in Guiding and Scouting produced by the Europe Region WAGGGS and the European Scout Region. Different forms of partnership are an actively used method in Guiding and Scouting Associations around Europe.These Guidelines approach partnerships from a very broad perspective. They offer ideas for partnerships between Guide and/or Scout Organizations and other external organizations at different levels, from local to international. Above all, the Guidelines provide practical tips on how to initiate, maintain and follow through a partnership.
