At its recent meeting the European Scout Committee reviewed the list of currently proposed meetings scheduled to take place during the triennium 2014-2016. As the first full meetings of working and core groups have not taken place, it was felt appropriate to defer the listing for 2015 and 2016 till the groups had time to consider their plans.

In the meantime, we encourage you to pencil these events in your Association’s calendar and to share it with all those within your Association likely to be interested to attend. Detailed information about each activity will be communicated well in advance in the events sections of www.scout.org/europe and of our joint website with WAGGGS on www.europak-online.net as well as through Regional Circulars on the Intranet of the scout.org.

When reviewing the list, please bear in mind the following:

– The list is a DRAFT only as there may be changes.

-The planning, running and evaluating of many of the events is subject to available resources, including successful applications for external funding.

– The final list will also be subject to considerations by the Working Groups, once these will have commenced their work and reviewed their own work plans.

– The scheduling of such events, which are planned, run and evaluated in partnership with the Europe Region WAGGGS, is subject to the agreement by the Europe Committee WAGGGS.

– Meetings of Regional Working Groups and affiliated networks are not included.

– World level events where Regional participation is expected are not included.
