The 2016 edition of Roverway, the most important European event for the last age section, to be held in France, has entered the main phase of the preparations. The support and contribution of all NSOs and NSAs in defining the structure and the programme of the event is paramount to ensure a relevant experience for thousands of young adults in the summer of 2016.

Among the most important actors in facilitating the exchanges between the organising team and NSOs/NSAs are the Head of Contingents and the Rover Representatives. To ensure that the voice of European associations is heard well in advance, a first meeting of the Heads of Contingents and Rover Representatives is organised between 28 and 30 November 2014 (in Jambville, near Paris).

We ask all European NSOs and NSAs to appoint their Head of Contingent and Rover Representative and communicate the selection before 15 October 2014 via email to the Coordinator of the International Team of Roverway 2016, Louis Marbach, louis.marbach@roverway2016.org.
