Regional Circular 28 2017 – Event Information: European Scout Region’s Seminar on Growth in Scouting
Growth is very important and relevant segment for European Scouting. It is part of the Regional Scout Plan and a part of the European Scout Region’s contribution to WOSM global vision where the Region “will actively contribute to the development of World campaigns and initiatives to propose growth of 5% year on year in each and every National Scout Organisation (NSO) in Europe.
To address this important area and to work towards the implementation of the Regional Scout Plan, the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is organising the Seminar on Growth in Scouting where NSO/NSAs from all over Europe can meet, learn about the various aspects of Growth and share experiences, as well as ideas and knowledge regarding the growth in their NSO/NSAs.
Regional Circular 28 2017 contains all relevant event information and the link to the online form where those wishing to attend can signal their interest. Please note that the deadline for doing so is 10 January 2018.

Regional Circular 27 2017 – Call for Partners Erasmus+ Project on Social Inclusion
The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is launching a Call for Partners for a planned large Erasmus+ Project in the area of Social Inclusion.
Regional Circular 27 2017 provides you with relevant information to help your National Scout Organisation or National Scout Assocation to determine whether or not it is interested in joining the project as a partner. Regional Circular 26 2017 – Event Information: EuroSea 14, 5-9 September 2918
The planning team of the European Sea Scout Network, The Odysseus Group, is thrilled to share relevant event information of EuroSea 14, the European Sea Scout Seminar 2018. If you are a member of prospective member of a regional or national team supporting the Sea Scouting branch of your National Scout Association / National Scout Organisation than make sure not to miss this networking and training event.
The 2018 edition of EuroSea is hosted by the Federació Catalana d’Escoltisme i Guiatge at the International Sailing Centre Barcelona and will take place from 5 to 9 September 2018.

Joint Communication 12 2017 – Call for Bids to Host The Academy 2018
The Academy is a joint event of WOSM and WAGGGS working in partnership at European level, with key participation of volunteers and staff from both the Europe Region WAGGGS and the European Scout Region.
The present Joint Communication invites interested associations of both Regions (National Scout Organisations and Member Organisations) to indicate their interest to host The Academy 2018 by submitting a short paper which addresses the points indicated in the Joint Communication:
