Regional Circular 1 2016 – Call for Project Partners: DG Justice Project (deadline: 26 Jan 2016)
This circular provides you with information on the upcoming application on a DG Justice grant for which your NSO/NSA can be partners. To be able to be a partner in this project, please check carefully the requirements below and follow all the steps described.
The application for a project under the call “Action grants to support transnational projects to prevent and combat racism, xenophobia, homophobia and other forms of intolerance – JUST/2015/RRAC/AG” will be submitted at European level by the WSB, Europe Support Centre, Brussels.
Please note that very tight deadline to return the duly completed mandates and/or forms: 26 January 2016. More specific information for each of the calls can be found in the circular.

Regional Circular 26 2015 – Invitation: MOVIS Network Meeting 2016
The Network Meeting of Commissioners involved in the management of adult resources is one of the well-known and successful networking opportunities for Leaders (on national level) of National Scout Organisations (NSOs) and National Scout Associations (NSAs) of the European Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM).
Formerly known under the acronym TCNM (for: Training Commissioners Network Meeting) it has now updated its name to MOVIS (for: Management of Volunteers in Scouting) in order to refelct the wider area of interest of the network, which is going beyond training.
Next year will see the sixth edition of this event at the DPSG Westernohe Scout Centre in Germany from 26 to 29 May 2016, where issues of common interest for National Commissioner and other Leaders directly involved at the national level in supporting the personal development of adults in their association.

WAGGGS Call for Diversity Task Force Members
The Europe Region WAGGGS is looking to recruit 5 volunteers to be part of the Diversity Task Force which is going to support the work of the region in implementing several projects on diversity in 2016.
Regional Circular 22 2015: “European Youth Event 2016: Call for participants
After the success of the first European Youth Event in 2014, the Parliament of the European Union will once again open its doors to 5000 young people from all over Europe at the European Youth Event 2016 in Strasbourg (FR) on 20-21 May 2016.
The event aims to engage young people in political debate and society, giving highlight to important key issues such as peace, democracy, unemployment, work and environment.

Call for WAGGGS Facilitators at Roverway 2016
The Europe Region WAGGGS is looking for experienced facilitators who would design and deliver WAGGGS educational activities for Rovers and Rangers during two days at Roverway.
We are looking for leaders with experience in the Rovers and Ranger age group at local, regional, national or international level.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale European event for Rovers and Rangers that the Europe Region WAGGGS organizes in partnership with the European Scout Region and that is hosted by the French Member Organization.
Please share the call across your organization to ensure all interested and qualified candidates have the opportunity to apply for this exciting role!

To apply we kindly ask:
- The candidate to complete the online application form by 24th of January
- The candidate’s International Commissioner to confirm her/his approval of the application by sending a quick email to Manuela@europe.wagggsworld.org by 24th of January. We will not be able to consider an application unless we have received the IC’s approval.
The candidates and their International Commissioner will be informed of the results of the selection by the 29th of February.
