WOSM Circular 15 – Briefing Meeting for individuals and NSOs considering a candidature
As announced in Circular 10/2012 and in view of the upcoming elections of the new European Scout Committee, the European Region will organise a Briefing Meeting for individuals and NSOs considering a candidature.
North-South Network Meeting
As decided during the network meeting in Copenhagen last October, Germany will host the next North-South Network meeting. It will take place at Rieneck Castle – the Scout Centre of VCP (www.burg-rieneck.de), Germany from 19th – 21st of October 2012.
Youth Campaign Against Hate Speech
Call for the Preparatory seminar for the European On-line Youth Campaign Against Hate Speech (Strasbourg, 10-12 October).
The on-line youth campaign is a central element of the project Young People Combating Hate Speech On-line. The campaign will be implemented in 2013 with the agency of young people and youth organisations and should be “de-multiplied” in national campaigns and initiatives so as to be as close to young people as possible. By definition, most of the campaign actions will take place on-line, but they should be supported and complemented by off-line activities.
The Academy 2012 detailed programme ready!

To make sure every participant will have fun and take home a bunch of new ideas, the planning team is working very hard to make this unique event happen in two months time.
Chief Executives’ Meeting 2012 – New information
The 7th Meeting for Chief Executives, National Directors, Secretaries General or equivalent positions will be hosted hosted by rdp – Ring deutscher Pfadfinderinnen- und Pfadfinderverbände (Germany) from 13 to 14 November 2012 at andel’s Hotel, Berlin, the venue of next year’s European Guide and Scout Conference.
