WAGGGS Europe – Call for 2019 Regional Conference Volunteers
WAGGGS is seeking dynamic people to join the Conference Planning Team and deliver the following key roles;
- Conference Chair
- Programme Lead
- Procedural Team Chair and members
If you are interested, applications (details below), must be returned before 4 February 2018 and will be assessed on merit, using criteria set by the Regional Committee, and all applicants will be notified if they have been successful or not before 15 February 2019.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS – WOSM European Agora 2019 (Regional Circular 04 2019)
The 2019 edition of Agora, the European Scout Region’s peer-organised event for representatives of the senior age section of Member Organisations will take place at the Banská Štiavnica Scout Centre in Slovakia from 10 to 14 April 2019. Members of the senior age section will discuss age section related best practices and challenges encountered in their associations.

CALL FOR PARTNERS FOR AN ERASMUS+ PROJECT – European Solidartity Corps Volunteers (Regional Circular 03 2019)
The European Scout region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) intends to submit an Erasmus+ project application to host two European Solidarity Corps volunteers at the European Scout Region’s Europe Support Centre in Brussels, for which your NSO/NSA can be a partner.
To be able to be a partner in this project, please check carefully all details contained in Regional Circular 03 2019. The applications will be submitted at national level by the relevant hosting NSO. The deadline for your expressions of interest is Friday, 15 February 2019.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS – 7th European Scout Symposium (Regional Circular 39 2018)
The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to invite key decision makers of Member Organisations of the European Scout Region of WOSM to the 7th European Scout Symposium, which is scheduled to take place in Valletta, Malta, from 29 to 31 March 2019.
The Symposium is an important event in the life of the European Scout Region when it looks back on what was achieved in the triennium, on what is hoped to be achieved by the end of the triennium, on what needs to change and on what will be done in future triennia. The event will help set the agenda for work leading to the proposal of the Regional Scout Plan for the period 2019 and beyond.
The Symposium will take place immediately after the Extraordinary Meeting of the European Scout Conference, held at the same venue on 29 March 2019.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS – International Commissioners’ Forum 2019 (Joint Communication 18 2018)
The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and the Europe Region of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), in collaboration with Savez Izviđača Srbije (Савез Извиђача Србије, the Scout Association of Serbia), is pleased to invite you to the International Commissioners’ Forum 2019, which is scheduled to take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from 22 to 24 February 2019.
If you are interested in attending this event, make sure to register before the deadline 25 December 2018.
