It has been a busy 3 years for the Region with a plethora of events contributing to the growth in membership in the Region, refinement of tailored support into Global Support, many support visits undertaken, financial and human resources contributing to positive development, though acknowledging that it is not always easy!

The move from “factory” to “consultancy” has meant fewer resources developed, but better application and implementation of the existing tools and more support to do so.
