21st European Scout Conference Document 4 is Evaluation Report. The evaluation of the triennium comprised 3 different elements.

1 – A brief questionnaire administered to participants in the European Scout Symposium in April 2013, in Dublin. The recording was facilitated by coordinators and volunteers who work at Regional level as well as Regional staff.

In total, 30 NSOs participated in the survey. The results are found at Appendix 1.

2 – A record of the support provided to NSOs as part of the life of the Region. This is found, by year 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13, at Appendix 2.

3 – An overview of participation levels in events organised or facilitated by the Region. This is found at Appendix 3.
