Aims and ContentBuilding on the small but very successful meeting held in 2009, this second meeting seeks to encourage wider participation from both regions, to encourage locally developed, bi-lateral and multi-lateral projects, as well as nationally and internationally developed projects.
The meeting will hear updates on existing projects, receive reports on region-to-region relations and put in place further mutually supportive project work. The contact meeting between the two regions held during the World Scout Conference will be a useful background to this meeting.
