Shortly you will receive by mail information on the World Scout Youth Forum and World Scout Conference in Slovenia, from the World Scout Bureau. Despite budget constraints, we hope to ensure that all NSOs in Europe are represented in these events and the European Scout Committee has determined that some support will be made available to facilitate this representation.

Further, and recognising that the Regional Scout Plan also aims to support Youth Empowerment, we would want to encourage participation in both events by younger delegates by prioritising our support. We recognise also that representation at the key decision making body of WOSM is the responsibility of the NSOs; if support is offered for a young delegate to both the Forum and Conference, some additional support may be possible for an older delegate to the Conference.
