WOSM European Agora 2019
The 2019 edition of Agora, the European Scout Region’s peer-organised event for representatives of the senior age section of NSAs and NSOs will take place at the Banská Štiavnica Scout Centre in Slovakia from 10 to 14 April 2019. Members of the senior age section will discuss age section related best practices and challenges encountered in their associations.

Agora 2018 of the European Scout Region
The 2018 edition of Agora, the European Scout Region’s peer-oragnised event for representatives of the senior age section of NSAs and NSOs will take placeat the Larch Hill Scout Centre in Dublin, Ireland, from 11 to 15 April 2018. Members of the senior age section will discuss age section related best practices and challenges encountered in their associations.

Regional Circular 7 – [URGENT ACTION] – Call for Partners: four Erasmus+ Applications for Regional Events in 2017 & 2018
The European Scout Region of WOSM is inviting members organisations to consider becoming partners in four Erasmus+ projects in 2017 and 2018. The applications will be submitted at national level by the respective host assocaitions:
– Management of Volunteers in Scouting (MOVIS), Spain, 7-10 December 2017
– 9th Educational Methods Forum, Romania, 31 May – 3 June 2018
– Regional Communications Event, Estonia, 31 May – 3 June 2018
– European Agora, Ireland, in April 2018
Please note the very short deadline: 15 April 2017!
Agora 2014 “Participation +” – WOSM ESR Circular 8/2014
We are glad to invite representatives of your National Scout Association to this year’s Agora, which will take place in the gorgeous setting of Centre Culturel St-Thomas, in Strasbourg, France, from 23 to 27 April 2014.
WOSM Circular 20/2011 – Support for the Participation of Other Regions at Upcoming Events
Partnerships with Other Regions is a key priority of the European Regional Scout Plan 2010-2013, with a focus on the Africa, Arab and Eurasia Regions. Over the next year, there are key events that will be enriched by the presence of participants from other Regions and where we would like to ask for your help to ensure their participation.
These events include:
- The Europe-Eurasia Meeting (Prague, Czech Republic, November 25-27 2011)
- The Partnerships Event (North-South Network) (Paris, France, 15-18 March 2012)
- AGORA (Kandersteg, Switzerland, 18-23 April 2012)
- Roverway (Evo, Finland, 20-28 July 2012)
In line with the priority “Partnerships with Other Regions”, these events are open to Scouts from other Regions. The events can provide great opportunities for exchange with other Regions and can be used to further strengthen your partnerships by providing an ideal meeting space. They also provide the opportunity to explore new multilateral partnerships with the other associations present.
