Further to its Regional Circular 37 2018 the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you important considerations for the upcoming extra-ordinary meeting of the European Scout Conference (EO-ESC).

For the EO-ESC, the current Constitution of the European Scout Region will be used, as amended at the European Scout Conference in 2016 and approved by the World Scout Committee in September 2016.

Regional Circular 29 2017 – Event Invitation: 12th Euro-Arab Meeting, February 2018

The European and Arab Regions of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) are calling for participants for the 12th Euro-Arab Meeting taking place from 17 to 21 February 2018. Over the years, the event has developed from being an institutional meeting between the Arab and European Regions to be an event offering a real sharing of experiences, knowledge and projects between representatives of the National Scout Organisations and NAtional Scout Associations of the two regions.

Regional Circular 29 2017 provides you with essential information and includes a link to the online registration form. Please note that the deadline for doing so is 6 January 2018.
