From Roverway 2018 to Roverway 2024 (Joint Communication 10 2018)

Roverway 2018 is just about to start and will be officially opened on 23 July 2018 by His Excellency Frans Timmermans, first Vice-President of the European Commission. Many of us will be attending some of Roverway, some as part of the open invitation to an IC Meeting during Roverway 2018 from the International Commissioners of Scouting Nederland.

On this occasion, the European Committees of WAGGGS and WOSM are pleased to announce that the next Roverway will be held in 2024.

Reminder of the dead line for the call for partners for Roverway 2018

In 2018, from 23 July to 2 August the biggest WAGGGS event is taking place in the Netherlands. Roverway 2018 is organized in partnership with WOSM and Scouting Netherlands, to offer a relevant international activity to Rovers and Rangers 16 to 22. To contribute to the success of the event and at the same time seize the opportunity to provide an exciting and meaningful learning experience to young adult leaders, WAGGGS is planning several activities, and looking for partners MOs for an E+ grant.  Would you like to offer your leaders the opportunity to learn in an international setting at Roverway 2018? Roverway 2018: Opposites Attract is delighted to announce that the registration of Heads of Contingents (HoC) is now open. Please first click here to display the system in English, and then here to open the registration system.

This is your opportunity to register for up to date information about Roverway 2018 related to your contingent’s plans, gather marketing material to use in your Contingent and learn about our plans for the first HoC Weekend scheduled to take place in Spring 2017.

As a reminder, an outline of the fees for Roverway 2018 for each country is available on the Roverway 2018 website.
