TIMELINE on the road to the extraordinary European Scout Conference 2019 (Regional Circular 01 2019)

Further to its Regional Circular 37 2018 the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you important considerations for the upcoming extra-ordinary meeting of the European Scout Conference (EO-ESC).

For the EO-ESC, the current Constitution of the European Scout Region will be used, as amended at the European Scout Conference in 2016 and approved by the World Scout Committee in September 2016.

The timeline published in the following document will prevail to ensure enough time for proper preparations:
