The fifth edition of the TCNM will be addressing issues of common interest for National Commissioners in charge of adult resources management and members of their teams. This time event is taking place between 9-11 May 2014. in Porto, Portugal

The aim of the network meeting is to offer a motivating and informative opportunity for experts in the field of adult resources management, volunteering and training to share experiences and learn from each other.

Focusing on training within the context of adult resources, the objectives of the meeting are to:
• Stimulate participants to reflect on the needs of their organisations
• Support participants to understand new trends and their impact, and explore ways to react to them
• Offer an opportunity for effective networking and partnerships
• Inspire participants on the implementation of innovative methods
