WAGGGS “Stop the Violence – Speak out for girls’ rights campaign has been chosen as one of the “Women Deliver 50: the most inspiring ideas and solutions delivering for women.”

In honor of the 101st anniversary of International Women’s Day, Women Deliver held a contest to find the most innovative initiatives pioneering concrete change for girls and women around the world. After receiving hundreds of online nominations from 103 countries, a selection committee of experts and advocates from leading global NGOs and foundations chose 125 finalists to be voted on by the public. The World Association’s campaign was nominated because of the impact that it has had on girls and women around the world.
