Circular 21/2014 of the European Scout Region in English and French, which is a follow-up to Circular 17/2014 and which gives further details about the planned Regional Meetings during the World Scout Conference this summer.

Further to our Circular 17/2014 (issued 2 May 2014) concerning the invitation to the two scheduled Regional Meetings taking place on Monday 11 August and Friday 15 August 2014, we have had tentative confirmation of the venues and timing.
